The Nebraska Capitol Art Experience
My Role: Lead Motion Designer
As part of Bailey Lauerman’s creative team, I had the incredible opportunity to create a motion piece that brought the breathtaking artworks within the Nebraska State Capitol to life. The project—accompanied by a website and a book—was designed to “tell the story of Nebraska” and “bring Nebraskans together.” Launched in coordination with Governor Pete Ricketts and First Lady Susanne Shore’s press conference, it also introduced the state’s new license plate featuring The Genius of Creative Energy mural.

Impact
Unveiled alongside the Governor’s press conference and a new state license plate, the work extended the Capitol’s artistic legacy beyond its physical walls, celebrating the state’s creative spirit and making its cultural identity more visible. The project was recognized with a Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) Award.
